Windsor, Ontario. The Windsor Estate Planning Council (“WEPC”) is an organization founded to promote a better understanding of financial and estate planning with the public; it consists of local professionals within the estate administration, process and planning.
At this month’s event, WEPC invited Federica Nazzani, FCPA, FCA, CBV and President of Capital Assist (Valuation) Inc. as their luncheon key note speaker to present “Making Sense of Business Valuation and the Due Diligence Process”. The presentation provided an overview of the circumstances in which a business valuation is required, understanding valuation approaches and undertaking proper due diligence in financial and estate planning for clients. The event was hosted at the newly opened Windsor Club located at 2072 Riverside Drive East, in the Wiser’s Reception Centre.
