Ms. Maleyko offers more than two decades of professional experience, practicing in the areas of accounting and taxation, and specialized in business valuation and litigation support.
As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), she provides expertise in the preparation of business valuations and in litigation support, particularly for matrimonial and shareholder disputes, corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and divestures, buy and sell-side due diligence, corporate financing and estate planning transactions.
She has extensive experience servicing a diverse client base of businesses and individuals providing accounting and assurance, taxation, and other advisory services, including quality of earnings reviews on transactions.
Ms. Maleyko has worked with clients in a broad range of industries and prepared numerous expert, valuation and due diligence reports.
